Accuse the Killer Privacy Policy

This policy covers Accuse the Killer, a mystery game made by Myang Games ("we"). Effective: 2026-10-23

1. Summary

There are no accounts or sign-in, and no advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools. Your progress stays on your device. The game goes online only to buy a case or to check or restore purchases.

2. What stays on your device

We never receive it. Settings → Erase all progress deletes it, and uninstalling the app removes everything. If device backup (iCloud / Google backup) is on, it may be included in that backup under Apple's or Google's policies.

3. Purchases

Cases are unlocked with one-time in-app purchases handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see your name or payment details. To confirm and restore purchases, RevenueCat, Inc. processes a random anonymous user ID created on your device, the store receipt (products, purchase date, currency) and technical information needed for the request (app version, platform, IP address), in the United States. The ID is not linked to your name, email or any account. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.

4. Sending feedback

Settings → Send feedback opens your own email app addressed to us, pre-filled with the app version, language, current case and scene, and platform so we can reproduce problems. You can edit or remove any of it before sending. We use it only to reply and fix problems, and delete it when no longer needed.

5. Children

The game deals with murder mysteries and is not directed at children under 13 (under 14 in Korea). We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

6. Your rights and contact

You can erase your progress in the app at any time. To access or delete purchase records held by RevenueCat, email us with the purchase date and we will handle it promptly: Myang Games · support@myangbytelabs.com

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post it here with a new effective date.
