Accuse the Killer Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Accuse the Killer (the "App") provided by Myang Games ("we"). Effective: 2026-10-23

1. Content

The App is a mystery game about fictional murders. Characters, companies and places are fictional. It deals with death and crime; please mind the age rating.

2. Purchases

• Each case's prologue and opening chapters are free; the rest is unlocked by a one-time purchase per case or bundle. There are no subscriptions.
• Payments and refunds follow the Apple App Store or Google Play policies and applicable law. Purchased cases can be recovered on the same store account with Restore purchases.

3. Progress

Progress is stored only on your device, so it does not move to a new device or survive uninstalling (purchases can be restored).

4. Ownership

The stories, text, art, music and software of the App belong to us. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss not caused by our intent or gross negligence.
