A case I bought is locked again.
Tap Restore purchases on the purchase screen or in Settings, signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account you bought with.
My progress is gone on a new phone.
Progress is stored only on the device and does not transfer. Purchased cases come back with Restore purchases.
How do I turn the music off?
Settings → Music: off, low, medium or high.
